You can’t say you want something, then engage in behaviors that run contrary. An easy way to understand that is in the way a person might say she wants to lose ten pounds, but the very next day, she’s having cake and ice cream (“Just a little bit—for a celebration!”) at her nephew’s birthday party. Take consistent action TOWARD your dream, not away from it.
