I love the post. Transparency isn't just for business. It is crucial for all our relationships. Being your authentic self with everyone means they know exactly who you are and makes them want to have relationships with you.

This is a very kind way of encouraging everyone to let their 'freak flag' fly while at the same time providing amazing service to our wonderful clients, isn't it, Anastacia?
You are so right that we've all got our own special set of endearing personal quirks. 'tis a marvelous and empowering thing to embrace and employ them in attracting exactly the right clients. :)

Laurel and Jeri, thank you for adding your voices to this conversation. Transparency, and letting your freak flag fly are both incredibly attractive! :)
