As a review, big changes in my life include losing 100+ lbs in the past year, and using my full name everywhere. I think everyone reading this blog knows those things.
Additionally, I'm writing a book that I'm very much excited about, and have another on an entirely different topic waiting to be started. Neither of them has anything to do with Virtual Assistance.
And earlier this year, I decided to follow a tug on my heart and explore the learning of some energy work by getting my Reiki I certification. The experience of it was incredible in ways I can't exactly explain, and I moved forward with getting my Reiki II certification this past weekend. As soon as I feel ready, I'll move on to Reiki III.
Did I ever think I'd write books about the topics I'm writing about? Nope. Did I ever think I'd be engaged in healing work? Certainly not in this sense. But then I never imagined buying clothes from a non plus-sized department, or fully embracing my own name in the way that I have.
Where this all will lead, I have no idea. Maybe to a shift in profession. Maybe to an addition to the work I do now. Maybe to nothing more than increased knowledge and inner work. Wherever it leads is a-ok with me, and I'm actually fine in this space of not knowing because I know everything will become clear to me in time.
As I sit here looking at a tile on my wall with a quotation by e.e cummings that reads, "It takes courage to grow up and become who you really are," I realize that doing just that is the greatest Bit O’Moxie in the world.
Wherever you are in your practice and your life, please be sure that what you're doing is what's right for you. Make sure that the direction you're moving in is one that lights you up inside. Make sure that you're courageous enough to become and share who you really are in life and in work.
The world really needs every one of us.

Anastacia, I so needed this this morning. I'm having one of those days where my chrysalis is too tight, and I'm busting out. I love, admire and emulate your courage and commitment, and your continued generosity. You are a bright, shining light.

This is really a great article because I believe it could inspire a lot of people on the things to come into their life. A change for an individual could be something negative. But with this article that would change because they will be able to realize that not all changes are negative. Some negative changes could even turn into a positive change.
This is a really good article!

So after some thinking, I have decided that the one thing I should work on right now is my courage. I'm generally good at taking failure, and I'm somewhat better at learning from past mistakes than I was before, but one thing that I don't seem to have enough of is courage.
